Stress signals? Follow this THREE step mindful process to calm and soothe your nervous system.
Become AWARE of what your stress signal is by NAMING the emotion, thought or feeling you are experiencing right now (agitated, frustrated, disappointed, scarred, etc)
️LABEL it + CLAIM it to TAME it.
Notice and tune your ATTENTION to WHERE and WHAT sensation you feel in your body (tight muscles, faster heart beat, holding breath).
Get CURIOUS and invite an ATTITUDE of KINDNESS + COMPASSION to yourself and others in the moment without judgement to remember we are all doing the best we can.
️Place your hand with a gentle touch on your heart or where you feel the emotion the most and choose what you’d rather feel instead (acceptance, calm, clarity)
This is how we IDENTIFY stress signals, provoke PRESENCE + CALM one self down by BEcoming grounded with more joy to restore our well-beingness.
