Honored to recently be interviewed by Voyage LA. My first interview was six years ago on May 12, 2020 when life had a much different flavor.

Now, years later…a little wiser, older, more confident, embodied, and in essence of becoming, I think back of the many friends, colleagues, mentors, family, students, social followers, and others who have touched my life with a heart full of gratitude and appreciation for supporting me in and out of all phases of my journey.

From sweaty yoga mats, classrooms, travels, conference rooms, trainings, and more, we never know how life is going to unfold, but what I do know—getting to write my own chapters feels really really good. We can all pivot life into a new direction, but it takes courage, resilience, and staying true to oneself that makes all the difference.
