In this Nurture + Nourish Series, participants will have the opportunity to explore:

Integrated sensory healing practices
Rituals for self-restoration
We will create an intimate and elevated evening designed to gently guide you back to yourself—where restoration, clarity, and grounded joy naturally unfold.
Through thoughtfully curated, science-backed, and soul-centered practices, you will be supported at every stage of your reset—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a multi-sensory experience that nurtures from the inside out, while learning how to sustainably support their well-being long after the evening ends.
